STOP!! Before you spend another penny on yet another over-hyped anti aging wrinkle cream that does not work, read this article. It could just save your face from aging rapidly and your wallet from shrinking at an even quicker pace.
First of all, there is no cure-all anti aging wrinkle cream that will keep you young forever. Yes, there are some (albeit very few) anti aging wrinkle creams and treatments out there that do what they say (more on that later in this article), but using them alone will not do the trick.
If you really want to stay young looking at 50, 60 and beyond, you need to take care of your insides as good as you take care of your outer appearance.
It all begins and ends with one thing: drinking water. Yep, water. Before you shake your head and close your browser, consider the possibility that you have no idea how powerful water can be in the fight against aging. Drinking enough water regularly can take 10 years or more off your appearance throughout a lifetime.
It sounds so basic - almost too good to be true; drink enough water and dramatically reduce puffy eyes, dry skin, lines and wrinkles. Yet it isn’t. It’s just that most people don’t have the discipline to do it, so they never reap the amazing benefits it offers (it’ll make you feel great as well!). Perhaps the hardest thing about consistently drinking enough water is to remember to actually keep drinking it.
A great solution is to use rubber band reminders: Pick up a pack of rubber bands and a 20-ounce water bottle at the store. Every time you finish a bottle, wrap one rubber band around it. Do this until your bottle has 4 rubber bands on it. That way, you’ll know that you have consumed exactly 8 ten-ounce glasses of water in a day.
If you actually do this, you will be astounded at how tight, vibrant and refreshed your face (and the rest of your body) will start looking within just a couple of weeks.
