Anti Aging Wrinkle Cream - Useless Without Vitamins?

The anti aging wrinkle cream market is a multi-billion dollar business. The bulk of those billions, however, do not go towards developing their anti aging wrinkle cream - they go towards…ads. That’s right - advertising. All that money you dished out for that wonder-cream that just isn’t cutting it was spent on expensive ads, hypnotic web-pages and sales letters and glossy packaging.

This doesn’t mean that all anti aging wrinkle creams are created equal. There are a few great ones on the market. You just need to know what to look for. More on that in a few moments.

…OK, let’s say that you do have a great cream - will that be sufficient to keep you from looking older? Nope. Sure, it can smooth out and prevent lines and wrinkles, but you’re going to need heavier artillery in the battle against gravity. Which brings us to…

Supplements!!

Just like your body gets depleted with no food, your skin suffers hugely when it doesn’t get the nourishment it needs. And unless you’re eating pounds of raw fruits and vegetables on a daily basis; stay out of the sun; and live in a location devoid of pollution, you’re going to need supplements.

The following is a list of supplements and vitamins that not only will make you look younger; they’ll make you feel younger as well.

1. Vitamin E

2. Vitamin E

3. Vitamin C with bioflavonoids (VERY important)

4. Vitamin B-50 with folic acid

5. Selenium

6. Grape Seed Extract (liquid or caps/pills)

7. Flax Seed Oil

Each of these supplements have wonderful anti-aging qualities, and when used in combination with a good anti aging wrinkle cream, you will be dumbfounded at how young and vibrant you’ll start looking within about 4-5 weeks.

Now back to finding that elusive anti aging wrinkle cream that actually works. Spending a few minutes to research this is very important - unless you like throwing money out the window. Based on my own research and experience, the best (and most entertaining) read on the subject can be found at http://antiagingreviews.com
