Maintain healthy blood glucose levels. Having a healthy blood glucose level will help your body keep away many of the problems that are associated with your eyes due to diabetes mellitus.

In the end it is always good to keep an eye on your body’s health especially if you have diabetes mellitus. It is very simple to do and should become part of a regular daily, monthly, and yearly routine for you. Make sure you see both your regular physician and your eye doctor at regularly scheduled times throughout the year and you should do fairly well and live a long healthy life.
