Viruses, Violence & Homeopathy
July 17, 2008 – 11:59 amViruses are the greatest weapons of mass destruction that face us at the moment. They have always been and will always remain the greatest threat to our survival.
To defend ourselves against these weapons we require a strong immune system. This is all we have. But this goes beyond the physical. We require a healthy frame of mind that is able to resist poor ideas. We require an emotional life that is healthy to resist bad feelings. A healthy body is required to resist invasion of things that wish to do us harm. We require a healthy gastro-intestinal system that is able to digest properly any bad influences. An we also need an astral body that is healthy and allows us to glow with vital force.
As a homeopathic practitioner, I have been aware for a long time that wanting to go to war is pathology. Wanting to murder your neighbour is pathology. Wanting to steal from others and to be envious is pathology. Wanting to inflict pain on others is pathology.
HIV/AIDS results from a very dangerous virus. It kills thousands every month in Africa. Medical historian Harris Coulter talked about the association between the two diseases, AIDS and syphillis back in 1987. Those of us that practise as homoeopaths know that destructive forces such as these belong to the syphillitic miasm. In many cases we see the shocking effects of this in our practices.
Violence is the first symptom of the syphillitic miasm. I have seen a case where every member of the family has suffered from the most shocking violent accidents, yet there is no physical pathology. It is an extremely hard miasm to live with. Destructive forces follow the initial symptoms of violence. Thoughts lose their cohesion and get disconnected from life. Ideas become destructive and separate from the individuals and communities around us until suicide becomes the main desire.
In the emotions, feelings become corrupt and bonds of family and society break down. In the body, processes become corrosive and excoriating as flesh decays. Life becomes full of pain and terror and fear and violence.
As healers, this is our job, to help the world come to terms with violence, which we regard as a PATHOLOGY! THIS WILL BE DIFFICULT, BUT NOT IMPOSSIBLE.
What homeopathy sets out to do is to grab hold of the stain of pathology from the living soul and remove it. Violence is not just an act. We must impress upon you that violence is a disease!
