There are more and more young couples getting married. They are healthy and full of energy; however, the thought of female infertility did not even cross their minds until being diagnosed by their doctors.

Since, most of the lab’s confirmed that the problem lies with the female and not the male, this fact on female infertility may seem like a sharp blow on them as their doctor explained. With that, it is not the end of their planned chapter on parenthood; but a new chapter.

Some doctors upon knowing this is female infertility issues, they will took a detailed medical and family history to find out if there were any other symptoms of female infertility lurking around. Some symptoms they found are:

Having absent or irregular menstrual cycle

As women age, even while still regularly menstruating, there are subtle shifts in hormonal patterns that may make the endometrial less receptive, which will make them difficult to get pregnant.

The female ovulation is not regular each month

Calculating when she ovulates is very important as it can prevent female infertility. There is usually a 24 hour window period where she is most fertile. Never assumes that when a woman is menstruating, she must be ovulating. In actual fact, not all women ovulate every cycle.

Does the family history played an important in female infertility?

Once you found out that your mom had trouble getting pregnant and conceiving you, your partner’s sister has to go through infertility treatment, then chances of infertile is high for you.

Your age matters

Whether the women are 35 or 40, it does not make them infertility individuals. It all depends on the eggs that they produce, however their egg production declines during the mid-30s. This will lead infertility issues as compare to women in their early 20s.

Can stress causes female infertility

The question of why is this happening to me cause lots of couples to undergo stress and emotional pressures trying to get themselves pregnant. We should not take things for granted, thinking that it is easy to have babies. What we have planned so far may not turn out well. Mentally preparation is often the best bet to fight infertility.

Keep on asking yourself questions about why, how and when about conception will only make pregnancy harder. However, fret not that there more and more miracle babies are being born everyday.
