Yes shopping around is a good idea, but a lawyer with experience and who charges more is going to help you more than one with little or no experience and who is cheaper.
5. At the end of the day it is crucial to remember that the person you choose is someone you will be putting a large amount of trust into in order that everything goes as smoothly as possible. If you find that you do not feel comfortable with discussing any issues or feel that you will not be able to discuss anything of importance with them. Then it is best to try another lawyer instead.
Although you do not have to be friends with your divorce lawyer, it would help if you have a good relationship with them. Living life again will give you a more balanced perspective on what you want to get out of it.
The difference between success and failure will almost always hinge on your attitude. This is true in every endeavor that you pursue in life be it sports, career, or your love life. Pessimism will drain the life force out of you and hold you back. A positive attitude motivates and builds up the energy and confidence that you need to get your ex back.
