Are you new to collecting Superman memorabilia? Or maybe you have a collection but it’s been tough adding new items? You need to do more than go to your local stores.

There are lots of great ways to start your collection of Superman memorabilia, and also some good ways of adding to your collection too. Check out the tips below for some good ideas:

1. Shop at garage sales. Don’t stick to just the ones on your street. Check your local newspaper for listings, and make sure you get an early start to your day. Ask the people running the garage sale if they have anything related to Superman - you never know what might be buried under another pile of junk.

2. Go to eBay. There are always tons of collectibles available on eBay, so check in there regularly and when you see something you like, bid on it. Keep an eye on your budget, and always check the seller’s reputation. Before long, you’ll be an eBay pro, and will be bidding regularly for some cool stuff.

3. Friends are a fantastic source. Tell all your friends that you collect Superman stuff, and ask them to tell their friends and relatives, too. Be specific about what you’re looking for. And make sure you let them know that you’d love to receive a quick email or phone call from them if they spot anything related to Superman.

4. Search online. Aside from eBay, there are lots of sites that either sell collectibles, or provide information about where to get collectibles. For example, a site like Surfilicious.com is a great place to find things like Superman jewelry.
