Most gel bras can be worn under backless dresses and tops; others are so specialized that they can be worn even under a swimsuit.

It is pretty easy to maintain gel bras. Most products sold on the market are now washable. Other gel bras have their own cleaners. These may come free or with a fee. The import thing is that you maintain the cleanliness of your gel bra so you can re-use it always.
